1. Controller and contact
The controller of personal data described in this notice is Uslugi Informatyczne Jakub Mateusiak. You can contact the controller at jakubmateusiakapps@gmail.com.
2. Scope of this notice
This notice applies to the jakubmateusiak.com website and its product pages. It does not govern personal data processing inside the mobile applications presented on the website. Each application has its own privacy policy linked from its product page.
3. Data processed
The website does not provide user accounts, a contact form, a newsletter or an online checkout. The following limited data may nevertheless be processed:
- Technical request and server-log data: IP address, request date and time, requested address, response status, browser or device information, and referring page where supplied by the browser.
- Correspondence data: your email address, name, message, attachments and any other information you choose to provide when contacting the controller by email.
4. Purposes and legal bases
- Technical data is processed to deliver and secure the website, diagnose errors and prevent abuse. The legal basis is the controller's legitimate interest in operating a secure and reliable website under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
- Correspondence is processed to answer your message and handle your request. Depending on the subject, the legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR or the controller's legitimate interest in communicating with website visitors under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
- Data may also be processed where necessary to comply with a legal obligation under Article 6(1)(c) GDPR or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
5. Recipients and external services
Data may be processed by providers supporting website hosting, technical maintenance and email delivery, only to the extent necessary to provide those services. Email sent to the contact address is handled using Google's email service.
The website links to Google Play, the Apple App Store and other websites. When you follow an external link, the destination provider processes data under its own privacy rules.
6. International processing
Some service providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where GDPR requires it, such processing must be based on an applicable transfer mechanism, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses.
7. Retention
Technical logs are retained only for the period needed for website administration, security and error diagnosis, subject to the hosting provider's configured retention period. Email correspondence is retained until the request has been handled and afterward only while needed for follow-up, applicable legal obligations or the establishment, exercise or defence of claims. Data is then deleted or anonymised.
8. Cookies and analytics
At the date shown above, this website does not intentionally use advertising or analytics cookies and does not use website analytics tools. It therefore does not display a cookie-consent banner. If non-essential cookies or similar technologies are introduced, this notice will be updated and consent will be requested where required.
9. Your rights
Subject to the conditions in GDPR, you may request access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing or portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office in Poland (UODO).
10. Changes
This notice may be updated when the website, its providers or legal requirements change. The current version and update date will remain available on this page.
